All our orders are packed and shipped from our home studio the milk factory in Lincoln, UK.

When can I expect my order?
All orders are packed and sent within 48 hours of payment being received to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
Please allow 4 - 5 working days from the date of ordering. Items are not shipped on bank holidays. International deliveries may take longer than the amount of days provided.
International customs law - please note we are not responsible for any customs fee's that other countries may charge upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order.

How much does postage cost?
Postage is £3 anywhere within the UK, £7.20 for worldwide shipping per order.

Nope. Paypal offers a guest check out for those of you who do not have an account set up.

Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any merchandise within 10 days of purchase providing it meets the following;
* We have sent the wrong item
* You have ordered the wrong size.
* The item was damaged on arrival
Please note: Before returning any item it is crucial you get in touch with our team at [email protected] to authorise the return. Once the return has been authorised a return form will be sent to you via email. We do not offer refunds if nothing is wrong with the item.

What garments do you print on and are they unisex?
We print on a variety of stock. The garment type can be found in the item description. All of our garments are unisex so please check the sizing before ordering.

How do I keep my milk products looking good?
All wash/care instructions can be found on the inside nape tag inside each garment. We highly recommend washing on a cool wash and turning the garment inside out. To maintain the fit we advise you to hang dry after wash. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

An item is out of stock. When will it return?
Due to our company printing in limited numbers it is highly unlikely that a garment in a specific colour way/style will be returning to the store. Popular designs may be restocked due to customer demands.
So get them while you're thirsty!
